Pokemon-MD-Club Snover Mission Entry

This is my contest entry for the Snover mission in

Wait, what? What is that? A background?! on MY picture?! What is this madness?!?! XD lol srry I got lazy with it, but at least there is one this time! And snowflakes! :3 I think that whenever I do a mission, I'll write a little made-up story of how we got there, so that's what I'll do right now below.

Foxblaze and Sandstorm woke up that morning in the guild, ready to go out and help Pokemon in need. There was a crowd in front of the Wanted Outlaw board, so Team Foxfire decided to go to the Rescue Board today. "Tch, what a stupid request!"
Another team was at the board already looking at a request, ridiculing the Pokemon who had made it. "Why would anyone make a stupid request like that? C'mon, let's do this one! This guy will pay us generously for rescuing his friend!" They tossed the other request on the ground, and went on their way to complete the other mission. "How cruel!" Sandstorm said, flattening her long brown ears with anger. "Let's check it out." Foxblaze said, padding towards the letter on the ground. She picked it up, and began reading it aloud to Sandstorm.
"Dear friendly readers,
My name is Snover. I have a younger brother and sister, and we love each other very much. Our mother passed away a few years ago, and we've never even met our father. But we get by with the little amount of money we're able to earn doing all sorts of things.

The reason you are reading this letter, is because I really need your help. We only have enough money to keep us from starving, and my younger siblings aren't old enough to truly understand our situation. We've had a very sad and lonely Christmas each year since our mother died, and I want to do something to lift their spirits. It would make both of them so happy if you could bring us some lights to decorate ourselves with. That is my request. We live on top of Snowy Mountain, not too far from the guild. We all eagerly await your arrival.

"Ohh... how sad..." Sandstorm was wiping away her tears from hearing Snover's plight. "Let's give them the best Christmas they ever had!" Foxblaze nodded in agreement. She was also touched by this letter, but she didn't want to show her emotions in a public place like the guild. But Sandstorm knew she was just as sad as her. So they set off to buy the lights, and headed towards Snowy Mountain.

The snow flakes were floating down like little puff balls, gently covering them both with snow. Steam surrounded Foxblaze as the flakes melted, because her internal body temperature was higher because she was a fire-type. Suddenly, they heard the mountains echo as someone was calling to them. It was Snover, their client. "Hello there! Are you perhaps here for me?" He called. Foxblaze and Sandstorm rushed through the thick snow, making deep trenches as they proceeded up the mountain. "We're Exploration Team Foxfire, and I believe you requested lights?" Foxblaze huffed in a cheery tone. "Oh yes! Please, this way." Snover lead them to a cave in the side of the mountain where his younger siblings were. "Snover! Snover!" They chimed as he stepped inside. "Who are these Pokemon? Why are they here?" One of them asked. "This is Exploration Team Foxfire! I sent them a letter asking if they could bring us Christmas lights to put on us, and they accepted!" They pranced about the cave, delighted just to have one small thing for Christmas. Snover pulled Team Foxfire to the side, out of earshot of his siblings. "I was beginning to think nobody would come, I want to thank you so much for doing this, they mean the world to me. You both must come back and visit on Christmas, I saved up enough for a real feast!" Foxblaze nodded. "We would be delighted to join you for Christmas dinner Snover."
